I recently had an extremely positive experience with your technician, Aaron. As you know, I am something of a “technophobe” and occasionally need help understanding how to navigate through some of the complicated programs in my computer. Aaron recently conducted a remote tutorial session with me, and I was extremely impressed with his ability to work with me at my level of expertise (or lack of it.)

In 2005, Wilson Technology Group installed an esi phone system in Dr. Courtney’s office. The installation included lightening and surge protection. On July 19, 2006, we received a call that all the lines were down due to a lightening strike. The cost of this to Dr. Courtney was the replacement of 5 CO line fuses as opposed to a new phone system. In the words of Dr. Courtney, “You know, I never knew if I believed that the surge protector would really work. Now I know.”
Wilson Technology Group began working with SunTrust Banks soon after our incorporation in 2004. At the time, SunTrust was using another vendor who was retiring. We were fortunate to hire this vendor’s technician who helped make the transition for SunTrust smooth. More than three years later SunTrust continues to use our services. We take pride in our relationship. There are many other vendors that SunTrust could use – they have other choices, yet they still keep coming back to us. Why?

Nancy S. and Mark S. are owners of Gateway Mortgage located in Spring Hill. The problem they were facing was a problem that all business owners want –growth.
